By accessing and following Maternity Dress Hire, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions outlined here. Maternity Dress Hire reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
Dresses are cleaned and steamed prior to sending and you don’t have to wash the dress after use. It will be taken care of by us. However, if it gets wet or sandy, please gently hand wash the dress and air dry it before returning.
Please do not return a dress in wet condition. It should be returned in the same condition it was sent to you.
Please do not wear perfumes over the dresses or use fake tans while using the dresses. Avoid dragging the dress while walking to prevent them from getting pulled or stained.
DAMAGED & LOST GARMENT:
We expect you to treat our products like your own and use them with care. If the product is returned damaged or stained, you will need to bear the cost of repair which will be deducted from the refundable bond.
If a dress is not repairable or if it is lost/stolen whilst, within your possession, you will incur the full replacement cost of the dress. You agree to authorise Maternity Dress Hire to charge your credit card for the replacement value.
Please contact us if you found any damages when your dress arrives within an hour of acceptance of the delivery. You can send the photos right away for reference. If you didn’t let us know of the damages prior to use, it will be assumed that the damage was done by you during the hiring period.
Maternity Dress Hire reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. This situation rarely occurs and only happens due to the following reasons:
- Late delivery of the product from the previous client.
- The dress is damaged by the client who was hired prior.
- The dress is lost or stolen.
In all the above cases, you can choose to get a full refund or choose other available dresses.
If the booking is cancelled due to a change of mind or photoshoot cancellation after the dress is shipped/taken, only the bond is refunded back to you.
If your shoot is rescheduled for any reason, you will be entitled to store credit for the full amount, but not a refund. Please do let us know the rescheduled date asap and we will check the availability of the dress and get back to you.
In saying that, but your shoot is re-scheduled on the same day, an extra $20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
LATE RETURN POLICY:
We offer a rental period of 2 days for pick up/drop off and 4 days for delivery. You agree to return the product on the nominated returned date given by Maternity Dress Hire. If by any chance the dress is not returned on the given date or if you choose to keep the dress for more than the nominated rental period, you will be charged $25 each day.
