We always aim to dispatch the parcel as early as possible to make sure it gets delivered on time. Please select a delivery date 1-2 days’ prior your shoot date to avoid delay in delivery.

All products are sent via express post (Australia Post) and weekend orders will be dispatched the following business day. Please note we do not take any responsibility where an incorrect address has been provided. In these instances, if you are not able to retain the parcel back, you will incur the full replacement cost of the dress.

Note: We cannot guarantee delivery time as it is out of our control. Please refer to Australia Post to check the estimated delivery timeframe.

Pick-ups: Dress pick-ups are available only after 5pm on weekdays and on Saturday & Sunday starting from 9am – 7pm. Please contact us to book a time-slot a day before your pick-up date.


The parcel is sent via Express Post (Australia Post) with return prepaid satchel.

1 Dress: $25

2 Dresses: $33

3 Dresses: $40

Please note our Tulle Dress postage fee is $53 per dress (including return fee) as they are extremely large and voluminous.

Please return the dress on the prepaid satchel provided on the advised date and send us the receipt of Australia Post.


If a dress doesn’t fit you, please let us know within 1-2 hours of acceptance of the delivery. We encourage you to try the dress as soon as you receive it so you can test the fitting.

In such cases, we will try to organise alternative dress for you but in case if we are not able to, a full refund will be given to you deducting the shipping cost.

If the dress doesn’t arrive on time for your shoot, please contact us within 24 hours. We will try to extend the rental period for free if the dress is not booked by another client. However, if it arrives after your shoot date or extension is not possible, a full refund will be given deducting the shipping cost.

Note: We will not offer any refund if you fail to inform us within above given timeframe. The dress should be delivered to us within 24 hours and must not be used.

For some reason, if the dress you have chosen is not available on that date, you will receive a full refund.


We offer rental period of 2 days for pick up/drop off and for the delivery. You agree to return the product on the nominated returned date given by Maternity Dress Hire. If by any chance the dress is not returned on the given date or if you choose to keep the dress for more than nominated rental period, you will be charged $25 each day.

Note: The maximum rental period is only for 6 days.
